What Is MEK?

MEK serves as the governance token for Mek Finance, a decentralized lending protocol operated by LADT. "Mek" is derived from the name of the Mekong River, which is the longest river in Southeast Asia. Operating on a decentralized approach, MEK contributes to the improvement of economic ties within the Mekong Economic Corridor. We aim for "Mek finance" to play a pivotal role in propelling the ASEAN financial revolution, thereby leveraging the advancement of the digital economy.

What Advantages Come With MEK Ownership?

Holders of MEK can choose to stake their tokens on Mek Finance to earn additional interest income. Additionally, they are granted the opportunity to partake in significant decision-making votes within the LADT ecosystem.
