Periodically, LADT receives information requests concerning its customers from law enforcement agencies across the globe. This page is designed to furnish both you and law enforcement with insights into the protocols governing the processing of such requests.

When LADT is contacted by law enforcement, their primary interest typically centers around two categories of data: customer identity information and details pertaining to their utilization of LADT Tokens. Additionally, during the course of their investigations, law enforcement might seek to request the freezing of a particular address.

Upon receipt of information requests, LADT stipulates that such requests must be accompanied by the requisite legal processes. The nature of these legal processes can vary depending on the jurisdiction. They may encompass production orders, search warrants, subpoenas, and requests for voluntary data disclosure. LADT meticulously evaluates each order and request for voluntary data disclosure to ensure its validity under the law, guaranteeing that any response is narrowly tailored to provide only the data to which law enforcement is rightfully entitled. Similarly, requests to freeze LADT addresses must be supported by the appropriate legal procedures.

LADT also retains the authority to make disclosures to regulatory authorities when necessary to safeguard its interests, its associates, and the interests of its customers.

LADT encourages inquiries from law enforcement agencies concerning its policies and procedures. For further information, please reach out to LADT at .
